I have now had two appointments with the doctor cancelled without any explanation. I have been waiting for an appointment since November 2013. The latest cancellation letter states that you have tried to contact me by telephone to arrange another appointment. This is simply untrue. So far I'm not impressed with the service from the Outpatients Department. Please note the visit date below is not applicable, but I can't submit this without entering a date.
