"Poor experience"

I went into the k and c as an emergency. Although the healthcare was adequate - the staff seemed to treat patients as a nuisance. The bathrooms in two of the wards I was on were filthy and in the third the shower was broken and there was no plug for the sink. how was I supposed to keep clean? the food was diabolical - everything I tried was overlooked and cold with greasy potatoes served which each option. one night I was offered a quarter of a sandwich as they had run out of food! I have complained in the Hope that others would not have to put up with this
