About: Peterborough City Hospital

I had an appointment with ENT doctor (03-02-2014). I was waiting 50minutes to see a doctor. After that they said that somebody rang him as emergency, and I can see another ENT doctor. The doctor was rude, he didn't check my son nose (he probably has big adenoids, as pediatric doctor said), He just checked his ears (said that there too much vax and he can not see properly, then he said to come back after 3 weeks. I came to check my son nose and I didn't get any help. He could not tell me nothing about my son's adenoids, he didn't prescribe for him any medicine for runny and blocked nose!!! Any help!!! Very bad doctor.

I am so sorry to hear of your experience and would like an opportunity to investigate this further. I would be very grateful if you could contact me on on Lesley.crosby@pbh-tr.nhs.uk so we can arrange a time to speak as I am keen that this is followed up. Once again I apologise for the experience that you and your son had in ENT.
