Immediately following an early morning accident (04/02/2014) on a complementary bus from the NEC car parks to the exhibition halls, my son, wife and self were ambulanced to Heartlands A&E Dept., and later transferred to CDU. Being on a business trip from the North East of England, I must congratulate and thank all the staff who attended us, from the first responders and ambulance technicians right the way through the multiple investigative processes and treatments we benefited from throughout the long day we spent in your care before our discharge late in the evening. All staff were worthy of praise, courteous, caring, and thorough professionals! Especially noteworthy was the doctor we saw and the physiotherapist/specialist Heartfelt thanks!
