(as the patient),

I came in to Rotherham Hospital last week for an operation on my foot.

I stayed on ward B2. I would just like to thank all the staff that looked after me whilst i was there. Nothing was ever too much for the nurses and at times they were so busy and under so much pressure but always had a smile on their faces and took time to listen to you.

So i just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the care and support that i received whilst i was there.
