"Complete satisfaction"

I was referred to Moorfields by my local hospital (Broomfield Essex) for a second opinion on how to deal with low pressue in one of my eyes following a Trabeculectomy procedure. On 31st January 2014 I attended the clinic and was seen for 2 hours. With the help of numerous tests, they thoroughly assessed my situation. The consultant was then introduced and for the best part of half an hour she went through these test results, constantly involving me in the discussions before we came to a concensus. I cannot speak too highly of the attention that I received - it could not have been bettered.
