What I liked
It would be difficult to find ways in which the outpatient service I received today could be improved upon. I was seen very promptly, and the care and attention I received from the nursing staff, volunteer and consultant was of the highest quality. The latter deserves a special mention for their caring attitude, professionalism and thoroughness, which were quite exemplary.
