"Staff telling lies and refusing to tell immediate..."

When my husband came in on 31st January with a suspected Stroke after 4 hours i was refused to be told what was happening with him despite being next of kin..I made about 4 calls and not one answer of the staff was telling me the truth and what was wrong with him...They refused to tell me what was wrong with him.. Then it turned out to be something completely different to what he was diagnosed with.. .Then my mother was admitted today and despite i told them i was her daughter the receptionist in A and E still refused to tell me what on earth was going on .This is bang out of order...When you have immediate relatives ring up you expect staff to be truthful...not telling a bagful of lies and refusing to tell us what is happening...I hope you are going to pay my phone bill after all the calls i have made and will keep making...
