"Very pleased"

Have been bringing my mum to the centre for a long time, usually kept waiting a long time! But credit where it's due, today appointment time was on time, there was no waiting or queue for an ECG, blood tests, pre-op, operation even booked for this Thursday. Excellent service wish it was that good every time. Staff were great, helpful and cheerful....pity I couldn't say the same for the service in the coffee shop, they couldn't even be bothered to smile, make eye contact or even yes please, no thank you and continually huffed and puffed when taking orders....not a good impression at all. But thanks for the medical service and the rest of the staff.
