"Hospital feedback"

About: Burnley General Hospital

I didn't mind my stay as I had some nice members of staff looking after me. But when I receive an appointment to turn up to and they don't know why am there ? Why send me a letter asking me to attend an appointment. Then got asked if I could allow some woman training to be in the room i said no so why was she still there? Even though I complained I got no reply, I still would rather use Blackburn hospital at least they know what there doing .

Please accept our sincere apology for not responding to your objection to a member of staff being present when you advised that you preferred they left. It is usual practice to ask if others can remain in attendance for learning and teaching purposes however, if a patient does not want them to remain we would ordinarily ask the individual to leave.
