What I liked
I wish to express my appreciation for the excellent treatment that I received whilst at the North Middlesex Hospital: Nightingale East Ward from 26th to the 30th of September 2008 whilst recovering from surgery.
The professional attitude and the interpersonal skills of the nursing staff and the cleaners were second to none. It was reassuring that the regime against infection was rigorously applied and the Ward kept scrupulously clean.
I had a similar experience from Mr Godbole and his surgical team, I have written to him expressing my appreciation for his and his teams competence, team work and friendly attitude.
