"Dreadful"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

I never saw the consultant I was under but saw a junior colleague last October who was rude and patronising. I was referred for an MRI scan which I had last November; it is now February and despite phoning several times I have had no results. I have contacted HealthWatch to ask for their advice with this. I have had no further appointment with the consultant or his junior colleague after October. Appalling communication - I would lose my job if I treated my students like this.
