From arrival I was taken in and left in a queue. Then someone took me in and examined me and said she would be my contact: I never saw her again. I was then taken to another seating area to queue for ultrasound. I was told not to leave the unit and then left for 4 hours with no food or drink or information-there is a cafe but not in the unit. No staff passed by and a television played very annoying and loud. I was seen on 3 occasions to have 13 biopsies, each time I saw a different set of people. After the procedures I was left covered in blood and gel and told not to wash or shower. I came out of putting my clothes on and there was noone around so I had to return to reception to ask if I could go. I had waited 12 weeks at this point so I was anxious for results but when I rang on the appointed date was told that my contact was on holiday so I would have to wait. They finally left a message on my answer phone without talking to me at all.
