For The Attention of The Chief Executive St Richards Hospital My Wife Recently had an appointment at St Richards hospital Treatment Centre having been referred by her GP for a lump in her breast. The appointment was on Friday 24th of January 2014 originally for PM, but we got a telepnone call at approximately 0900 on the 24th asking us if we could could make a 10:50 appointment, which we were both delighted about. On arriving at the Treatment Centre we were firstly thanked for coming early by the very polite receptionist, and then asked to take a seat. Within minutes we were called in to see the consultant. The doctor did introduce herself but we both can't remember her name, my wife was examined by the consultant then asked to have a mammorgram. She was then asked to have an ultrasound and then back in to see the consultant, with the posative result that there was nothing to worry about. This whole experience was over and done with in one hour which i find incredible, but also every member of your staff we met were 100% professional, polite & caring in their manner. We both cannot thank the Consultant and all the staff we met that day enough, it is very worrying to have this type of appointment but your staff were a credit to your hospital. Please could you forward a copy of my email to the lady Consultant and all the staff involved. Yours Sincerely Mr & Mrs D H & C A Parker
