Food keeps running out. Long time between administering pain killers Nurse suggested to the ward 'suggest you pee now as we may not be back for hours as we're very busy' As my sister had not be given pain killers for at least 2 hours, she was buzzing for nurse at 2 am the nurse came and shouted that she was understaffed, there were patience with more serious needs than her. Nurses are rude and short with elderly ladies on the ward. Ward 16, D

I am sorry you have had such a disappointing experience on my ward. I appreciate you taking the time to highlight your concerns to me.
