What could be improved

My father was admitted as an intensive care/emergency patient. I visited each day he was there, whilst at home one day I received a call from the ward for my mother, who doed three years ago..A fact I explained the the nurse calling.

An hour later the same nurse rang again and asked to speak to my mother!!

And was unrepentant when I again pointed out the error.

LAck of care from staff, nurse who refused to give me any update on my fathers condition over the phone, being kept 'out of the loop' despite being next of kin, and my father being unconcious!!

I could go on, much much further on...
