I had been in a lot of pain all weekend, phone NHS direct gave them my symptoms, they got in touch with Chippenham Commuity Hospital, and made me an appointment same day. Didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, very caring,and thorough, now my pain is easing,and I'm looking forward to a pain free sleep tonight. Thanks to everyone involved
