I was admitted to A&E on a Friday morning and received exceptional care from both the dr and the nurse allocated to me who were professional and extremely caring. I was kept informed of all the tests that were being carried and the reasons for these. The Dr diagnosing my condition explained everything very clearly and took the time to ensure I fully understood.
