"Nasty fall on my back required ambulance to A&E"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

From the arrival of the paramedics to my discharge the care I received was exemplary. The nursing staff Healthcare assistants porters and of course doctors could not have given better care despite it being a very busy department. All interventions and treatment were clearly explained with reassurance, Despite their obvious heavy work load I was still treated with extreme kindness by everyone right up to my discharge. If this is the standard of care now being received by patients in this department on that day we are in very safe hands indeed. Keep up the good work we do appreciate it!
