"arrogant doctor"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

I took my wife last week who has cancer-to the haematology day ward to see the specialist. I found him to be very abrupt,arrogant unfriendly, and did not want to answer questions. I spoke to different people while there and they said that he is always the same, why is he not told about his bad attitude, it left our visit feeling very upset at his attitude
