(as the patient),

Pretty much kept to appointed time. Greeted and taken into surgery by Sarah and introduced to Charlie. Procedure explained fully by both ladies. Local anaesthetic applied, and after a short while when toe was numb procedure was carried out very professionally by both podiatrists and reassurance given at all times
