The following story was received by South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust via an online Have Your Say survey:

The Paramedics Jenny B and Jason who came to me and took me to bath hospital in the ambulance because I have suspected appendicitis were absolutely incredible. Without them I wouldn't have made it to hospital and I wouldn't be recovering well like I am now. They were so kind, caring and helpful and mainly reassuring. I was so so scared but they tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I thank them from the bottom of my heart (especially Jenny as she was in the back helping me so much). Jenny was absolutely incredible and Jason was pretty cool too. Thank you so much to the pair of them, I will never forget them.
