About: Russells Hall Hospital

I was admitted yesterday for knee surgery from the moment I walked onto B1 I couldn't fault the care I received... the doctor and his team were excellent and everyone who came to see me explained the procedure and put me at ease... Theatre staff were excellent and nothing was to much trouble for all the staff on B1 it was spotless and I was well looked after. Thank you also to the physio team for providing me with equipment that will help me with my recovery.... Regards Bel Williams

It is fantastic to hear that you were impressed by the care you received before, during and after your surgery. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, so we are pleased that the ward you stayed on was clean and tidy.
