I attended for a scheduled appointment in mid-January. The clinic starts at 2.30pm and my appointment was at 2.50pm. On arrival I asked it the clinic was running on time and was told it was. It wasn't. I finally saw a doctor at 3.40pm, a delay of 50 mins. Q. How can such a delay come about in such a short time? A. I believe that multiple patients are booked in for each time-slot in the belief that they won't all turn up. When they do, a log-jam of patients is left waiting for delayed appointments. Not good enough. However, the treatment I have received has been excellent.
