There was an administration error which delayed my operation till the next day, the staff were extremely apologetic and I feel embarrassed by what had happened and I was told there would be a full investigation. But ignoring this incident I could not have been treated better being informed by the surgeon the procedures , I felt at ease of what was going to happen. the staff were friendly and attentive to my needs and to my wife who stayed the whole time of my brief stay, I would certainly choose Bath Circle again if I needed any other surgery.
