My elderly mother was admitted to Scotter ward following a fall which resulted in a serious fracture of her upper arm. She spent four weeks recovering and during that time every member of the family who visited her commented on not only the quality of care she was receiving, but also the cleanliness of both the ward and the hospital in general.
