"My view on this hospital has changed"

My mother has been called to come in as she has been ill nearly a year now with A n E visits just to be sent home with more antibiotics. They now think it might be TB. I walked in last night to find my mother in a dark room no lights on, and she was half way down the bed andcouldn't move up as she has no energy. She thanked good I had turned up to help her. I had words with the nurse who had a bad attitude. I am very disappointed with the way my mother is being looked after and will be making a formal complaint. My mother has gone down hill in the one and half weeks she has been in hospital. I used to praise this hospital up but alas I can no longer do that. Linden ward
