"I gave birth to my first child ..."

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

(as the patient),

What I liked

I gave birth to my first child at the hospital and I can not speak highly enough of the staff there. I had one to one care as I was given an epidural and the two midwives I had throughout this time were wonderful, friendly, informative and comforting. (they were both called Carole - the second one was Carole Ventham, she stayed with me until the end even though her shift had finished and she was about to go on holiday). I had several complications and all of the staff were great. The food was good and everywhere seemed clean.

What could be improved

Nothing - all in all a fantastic experience in spite of the traumatic birth.

Anything else?

My son, Samuel and I are doing well now!
