What could be improved
the staff repeatedly left the room door open when leaving, nurses failed to acknowledge myself as the patient or my visiting mother and changed my drip in total silence. More attention needed to patient's mental wellbeing. Given that nobody wants to be in hospital some friendly or even simply polite nursing staff will go a long way to assisting patients with their recovery
