What I liked
I've always felt that the Doctors and Nursing Staff etc have always made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect. They all do a very difficult job and most are doing 2-3 jobs at once and coping very well and it's not always appreciated by the patients and public who just see them as somebody who's at their beck and call 27/7 regardless of how many other patients/public they're dealing with.
I can't fault the treatment i've been receiving over the last 20years for an ongoing illness, they've always been ready to help me with my treatment and given me all the information necessary. They're more than willing to help me with whatever queries I might have and are always friendly.
What could be improved
Parking is a big issue for patients/visitors or rather the lack of it, it can get very congested outside the Main Entrance. Traffic comes through from both sides of the hospitals main entrance along with Ambulances/Patient Transport vehicles/Buses and people using it as a short cut.
Anything else?
I would just like to say Thank You to all the Nursing Staff for the great job they do under considerable pressure.
