"A waste of time"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

I to have had problems with getting an appointment at SH, I was diagnosed with crohns in January 2013, after some terrible set backs with trying different medication I was inventually but on to humira injections at home and told I would receive an appointment through the post for the IBD clinic, I have never received an appointment through the post, I have continually had to chase them for an appointment, I tell them I need an appointment in The IBD clinic and told on the last two occasions that, that is where I will be seen....but guess what I wasn't, on my last two appointments after waiting for weeks to be seen in what I thought was the IBD clinic.....I have been seen in general medicine, yesterday I sat for 2 hours waiting to see the consultant, and when I got in there I was told I should be in the IBD clinic.....I am sick to death of making phone calls and complaining....and yesterday broke down in tears with sheer frustration....and still nothing's done
