"Endoscopy Unit"

I underwent a bronchoscopy this morning and without exception all staff were supporting, sympathetic and helpful. This made a somewhat uncomfortable procedure more than bearable and the help and care could not be faulted. I did not notice the comment forms until too late to fill one in. Had I been able to do so It would have been able to add my comments to the large number of supporting messages left and will take the opportunity to do so on my follow up visit but in the meantime this will have to do.
