My mum was admitted 3 weeks ago with a broken wrist, she needs an operation and you have cancelled the operation three times, its a disgrace. You even got her in marked her arm and then sent her home then cancelled again today for operation tomorrow. I will be looking into this matter further. I don't think you realise the ammount of stress and anxiety this causes people and arranging once again for someone to bring her in.
