I did a review yesterday and said I would be going back today. Due to the 8am-2pm timings online being wrong, I was not the only walk in person arriving around 8am. Can you please change it to the correct timings: Appointments - 8am-9.30am Walk in (Mon-Thur) - 9.30am-3pm Walk in (Fri) 9.30am-10.50am) Thankfully, I was number 1 but by the time I was seen this morning after being there so long, the waiting room was rapidly filling up. Why on earth was it moved? Before, the overflow could be in the current one. Now, as I discovered yesterday, the overflow blocks the corridor and goes up the stairs while a perfectly good room is empty. I would hate to lose such a vital local service as going to Southampton or Lymington is a trek for many, but currently the way it's organised is a complete farce. Just one more nurse would make all the difference especially as many with appointments didn't turn up. They could be dealing with walk ins until the others finished their lists then no more hour plus waits.
