"Treatment from Ambulance Service and Hospital..."

My other half woke up last night at 2.00am with severe stomach pains and I was unsure of how to handle the situation as he was in so much pain. As he rated the pain way over 10, I decided to call the ambulance with suspicion of Appendicitis. The staff on the phone were amazing, very professional and clear with their instructions yet remaining sympathetic at the same time. The paramedic that was on first response was lovely. give that guy a pay rise. He was amazing, made us both feel at ease and listened very carefully to what we had to say and our concerns. He also had a good sense of humour when we were cracking jokes to lighten the situation which was lovely. The ambulance crew then came after the First paramedic called them with suspicion of appendicitis. They were also amazing, made sure we were comfortable and fully aware of what was going on, and looked after me as well as much as my other half. The Consultant from ED was amazing and please pass this on to him, he was fantastic. Made sure we were looked after and that we understood everything that was going on, why it was being done etc. Made sure we were happy with the decisions being made and was just overall a brilliant chap. The various nurses (did not catch all of their names) were lovely too, made sure we were comfortable at all times and that my other half was not in too much pain and came and checked regularly. I wanted to make sure I left this feedback as proof that people do appreciate the fantastic work the staff at the hospitals do, and that they are amazing at what they do. Thank you.
