(as the patient),

I have had treatment at the Dewsbury Podiaty Clininc some time ago and recently had further treatment. I have had nothing but care and courtesy each time I have attended.

Gemma, Joanne, Ian and Sarah were very attentive. They provide a brilliant service – it’s been superb.
