I walked into A&E on Wednesay morning and was seen by the triage nurse within five minutes. I had an ECG, blood tests and was fitted with a canular, then taken into A&E for assessment. It was clean bright and friendly. I saw a doctor within 15 minutes. He decided to monitor my heart for an hour. The nurses were friendly and helped me get undressed. Next I met the admissions doctor who explained there was some concern for my health and that I needed to be admitted for more tests. I was very impressed with Kingston A&E.
