"Incredibly rude phone staff"

About: The Maidstone Hospital

I've had the misfortune to need to call the hospital several times recently trying to correct various errors and omissions related to my mothers forthcoming surgery. Cannot believe how rude and unhelpful staff are, from the main switchboard, to the social work team and admissions office. All were abrupt, rude, didn't listen, were clearly not interested and were only too happy to put me through to the wrong department/person to get rid of me. Doesn't fill me with hope for mums stay there.
