"Appalling lack of care and organisation"

the "care " was appalling from start to finish, my mother had a broken vertebrae in her back yet spent all her time in hospital in various wards which were irrelevant to her injury, the last 10 days being spent in the stroke ward and finally in the Pink Rose Cancer suite !! Then to finish it off after waiting all day to be discharged I had a phone call at 6pm asking me to collect her as there was no transport available "for hours " This just about sums the whole place up " Disorganised " I will be making an official omplaint in due course
