In the start of August I lost my nan. I forget the log number - apologies.
I have just realised that I never got round to sending this message, despite meaning to do so.
Please pass on my belated thanks to the professionalism of the ambulance crew who attended, and their understanding of the situation.
I am a police dispatcher and I feel that, at times, the relationships between police & ambulance have been a little bit.... misunderstood, shall we say, but from a personal point of view - GWAS/SWAS (whoever you are these days! ) did our family proud given the circumstances.
The same cannot be said for the on call DR but thats another story.
I hope all your crews act with the professionalism and integrity that the crews from the two attending units showed on that day
Regards,
"My belated thanks to staff"
