"An operation being cancelled 3 times"

My mother has being cancelled 3 times for a operation. She is awaiting brain surgery due to the lack of hdu beds. We were waiting 7 hours to be told to go home as there were no beds. The emotional stress that it is putting on her and our family I find this ridiculous. This should not be happening to people. We are not in the 3rd world and if I could also say this has nothing to do with the staff, they were very supportive
