this was a follow up from my cystoscopy, when a problem with my prostrate was discovered. The procedure was fully explained, the staff were brilliant and comforting. Not a pleasant procedure but made bearable by the considerate attitude of the doctor and nurse. Again I cannot praise you staff enough. Thank you
