I was admitted to Simpson 1 last week, which is a very busy ward. The doctors were brilliant. I would like to say thank you to the nurses who were brilliant. Thank you!
However, the day I was going home this older nurse came on duty – she was so grumpy and rude. The ward attitude changed, she was shouting at staff and speaking to patients rudely. The staff were in tears and the patients could hear everything. I wonder why she’s in this profession, as she didn’t have one ounce of care in her. In my opinion, it’s nurses like this who give the NHS a bad name. I think the ward should get rid of this nurse, as she will cause you more trouble and cost you your reputation.
