"Never answer the phone!"

I have been trying to contact the scan department at the hospital for 3 days and no-one answers the phone. I tried calling another maternity department and the women was so rude and told me that they are there and anwsering the phone and then hung up on me! I think the staff at the hospital forget we are their customers and they need to take some lessons in customer service. Linsey
