After an episode at home and a 999 call my elderly mum was admitted to A & E, and after a while admitted to EAU. The staff from the porter in A&E to the nurses doctors and tea operatives were all marvellous. Their treatment, expertise, patience and humour raised the experience from one of a serious anxiety for our family to one of reassurance that it was a problem which she can overcome. Huge thanks to all.
