Betty went into the Hurley Ward at the Royal Berks Hospital, Reading, 3 weeks ago for a major operation. The treatment that she received from all members of the health care team was first rate - the ward was spotless, the staff considerate and accomondating and the operation itself a complete success. Betty has remarked about the improvements that she has noticed in the NHS over the past 10 years and her recent experience (and that of her friends and family) bear this out. Thanks to everyone at the hospital for their care and effort. Betty's never looked better!
