(as a relative),

My mother went into Hospital at the age of 92 with ulcerated leg.

Although it took 2 weeks to treat I was well aware that they did not want to treat until she was totally well enough to get treatment.

Her care was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make sure she was clean, well fed and happy.
