(as the patient),

I went to Whiston hospital today for a podiatric assessment on my ankles. I met both Liz and Gareth and they were both extremely kind, caring and listened to me.

They pulled out all the stops, I didn't have to wait very long, was treated courteously and let feeling reassured.
