I just want to say a few words on the professionalism and kindness that I experienced yesterday on 27/01/2014 when I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy performed in Stroud General Hospital. I was very frightened but from my admission to discharge I was delighted and reassured by the way the staff approached me and put me at ease. They were all very caring, helpful and very kind to me and I appreciate it very much. Everything was well organised and went smoothly. Thank you all very much and thank you to the nurse for being so lovely and holding my hand. The hospital itself is very pleasant and clean. All together, I would highly recommend Stroud Endoscopy to everyone. Jelena Griffiths
