"Unneccesary Admin at Scarborough General Hospital"

About: Scarborough General Hospital

(as the patient),

Last week I received a letter from a clinic at Scarborough General Hospital stating that my Dr had written and that I would be hearing from them soon. The next day I received a second letter telling me that the Surgeon had now read my Drs letter and they would get in touch. They did, the next day with yet another letter asking me to ring for an appointment. This took 3 letters so there were admin costs, stationery and the first class stamps which were on all three envelopes and they say the Health Authority are short of money, I can see why what a waste of time money and effort!
